What we collect, why, and how to get it deleted.
We collect your email and a record of what you bought. We never see your card or UPI details. We do not sell your data. Analytics cookies and advertising code load only if you accept them.

When: You sign in, request access, pay, or join the email list.
Why: To give you access, send your access link or payment details, and send updates you asked for.

Why: To recognise your account. We do not store your name or profile photo.

Why: To run your account and count sign-ups.

Why: To prove your purchase, sort out payment problems and pay referral partners.

Why: To take payment.

Why: To follow up if a payment does not finish.

When: Every visit.
Why: To show prices in your currency, block abuse and keep security logs.

Cookies and browser storage
The first time you visit, we ask whether you accept cookies.
- If you decline: Google Analytics still counts the visit without storing anything on your device, and no advertising code loads.
- If you accept: Google Analytics sets cookies, and the OpenAI ads pixel loads. It uses cookies and browser storage.
Some things are stored in your browser because the site needs them: your access token, your cookie choice, a referral code if you arrived through a partner link, your currency, your watchlist and any custom score weights. To change your cookie choice, clear the site data for scoutniches.com and the question appears again.
YouTube data
ScoutNiches uses YouTube API Services to read public information about public YouTube channels and videos. We do not access your YouTube account or any private data in it.
YouTube data is also covered by the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service. If you signed in with Google, you can remove our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers listed above, who process it to run ScoutNiches. We also share data when the law requires it, or with a buyer if the business is sold. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Where it is stored
Our servers are on Google Cloud in the United States. Our providers may process data outside India.
How long we keep it
- Account data: until you ask us to delete it.
- Purchase records: for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, even after you delete your account.
- Access requests and email-list entries: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Analytics: no longer than 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent. Email karanveer.sahailabs@gmail.com from the address you used with us. We reply within 30 days.
Paid access is tied to your email, so deleting your account ends that access. Purchase records we must keep by law are kept.
Children
ScoutNiches is not meant for anyone under 18. If we learn we hold data about someone under 18, we delete it.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, access tokens are signed, and payment details never touch our servers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that data will never be exposed.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
