Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us when you use ScoutNiches.
These terms are the agreement between you and Sahai Labs Private Limited when you use scoutniches.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. You must be at least 18.
What ScoutNiches is
A research directory of faceless YouTube niches, with scores, estimates and guidance. It is information to help you decide, nothing more.
Your account
Use an email address you control. Keep your access link private. An account is for one person. We may suspend accounts that share access or misuse the service.
Purchases and lifetime access
You pay the one-time price shown at checkout, in rupees in India and US dollars elsewhere, plus any tax that applies. Payments are processed by Razorpay under its own terms.
Lifetime access means access to what the members' area offers on the date you buy: the niche directory and the information we show for each niche, the monetization playbook, and the tools in the app. It also includes niches we add to the directory later. We aim to refresh the niche data daily.
It does not include tools or features added after you buy, or separate products such as a subscription for channel tracking or alerts.
Refreshes can be delayed or paused. We may correct or improve what is included, and remove data if it is wrong or we can no longer lawfully show it. Access lasts for as long as ScoutNiches runs the members' area. If we close it for good, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email.
Prices can change. A change does not affect what you have already bought.
Refunds
All sales are final. The few exceptions are set out in our Refund Policy.
Licence and acceptable use
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use ScoutNiches for your own channel decisions. You must not:
- resell, publish, share or redistribute the paid directory, or large parts of it;
- share your access link or token;
- scrape, bulk-download or automate access to the site;
- try to get around the paywall or any security measure;
- use ScoutNiches to break the law or YouTube's terms.
Our content
The site, its scores and its writing belong to Sahai Labs Private Limited. Channel names and trademarks belong to their owners. Mentioning a channel is not an endorsement. ScoutNiches is not affiliated with YouTube or Google.
YouTube API Services
ScoutNiches uses YouTube API Services. By using ScoutNiches, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy.
Changes to the service
We may add, change or remove features, niches and data. Data refreshes can be delayed and the site can be unavailable at times.
Liability
ScoutNiches is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost earnings, or how your channel performs. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Suspension and ending
If you break the licence and acceptable use rules above, we may suspend or end your access without a refund. You can stop using ScoutNiches at any time and ask us to delete your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not limit your right to go to a consumer commission.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
